Now that we have covered the worst and best TV shows, let's find out your secret guilty pleasure:

What show do you watch when no one is around? It may be cheesy, it may be embarrassing, but you are addicted to it. You have to watch it even though you are bathed in a reverie of self-contempt everytime it comes on.

Ok, confession time!

I will humiliate myself and reveal that I watch America's Next Top Model faithfully even though I despise Tyra Banks. I guess I just want to see how far she will go toward self-beatification. Also, I anxiously await the first episode that actually has a heterosexual male featured. The would be models are so clueless, yet the whole situation is taken so seriously...I love it.

Hell's Kitchen
It combines two of my favorite things - cooking and stupid people being yelled at.

I love Hell's Kitchen, too, but the constant "beeping" is an annoyance.

The American Hell's Kitchen got really formulaic- well, evern MORE formulaic- by about the fourth show. I've seen all the re-runs of the original BBC (4??) show on BBC America and it's more fun. Seems a bit less edited and of course the language gets trough uncut.

My guilty pleasure was- gawd help me- America's Most Smartest Model. I'm a sucker for Ben Stein and the Russian guy was priceless. It was like Rocky IV- only with girls with implants. I guess my other one is 24. Let's face it, it's retarded show, not so bad at first but certainly since season 2, but I can't stop watching. Although the end of last season sucked SO bad if they don't really grab me with the premier next season I'm outta there.

The Japanese "Iron Chef" Where else can you see ice cream made out of squid (or something)? It has to be the Japanese version, though. I just love seeing that same free-loading actress (one of the "judges") dubbed in a way that would make Godzilla wince.

Celebrity Fit Club.

It's strangely satisfying to see that has-beens and never-wuzzes have become fat slobs since their 15 minutes expired.

I thought about listing Iron Chef but I feel absolutely no guilt watching it.

"Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends". I'd say that I'm in my second childhood, but I'm not sure that I'm done with the FIRST.

I'd like to think I don't have any "guilty" pleasures, figuring that if I'm spending to time to watch something, it must have some kind of redeeming value...

BUT...

Now, I don't go out of my way to watch this on my own, but I did have a houseguest here for a couple of months, and she'd watch BLIND DATE (reruns, yet!) and CHEATERS; If I happened to be around at the time, I couldn't help myself from watching these travesties along with her; At least the people in these shows stop me worrying about the future of humanity: it's already over; THERE IS NO FUTURE!
