Can't say I liked it much, although it gets better towards the end. It sure is better than Syriana.

My main beef is that Tony Gilroy had to abandon Bourne Ultimatum so that he could work on Michael Clayton. I wish he could have stayed on Bourne. That movie could have used a few more rewrites.
