Yes, he hunted David Janssen, who in turn was hunting the one-armed man, in the classic TV series The Fugitive. But he'll probably be more fondly remembered by Jabootubes as being a one-time sidekick to Martin Landau in the Gerry Anderson cheesefest, Space: 1999.

The producers of THE OUTER LIMITS had gone over budget during the first season and needed to come up with an episode that would be very inexpensive, so the idea of a machine that could re-play (backward, forward, slo-mo)real-life events was utilized.
I think Morse is great in this ep (CONTROLLED EXPERIMENT)as well as Carroll O'Conner -- The episode is both silly and rather charming.
