I've never heard of this source before, but a man can dream, right?
According to some obscure website that got picked up by DIGG, not only Seagal is interested in "Under Siege 3" (and considering his latest output, who wouldn't) but wants to pitch Casey Rayback againt aliens. Yeah, right:

But I see an important plot hole here, where did the aliens learn their kung-fu? Wait, now I get it. Kung-fu is an alien invention, like the pyramids and the Nazca lines. That's why it feels so unnatural to expose your crotch to do a high kick.
And it's time for Seagal to teach them that the student has surpassed the master. |

The bigger question is will Seagal get himself in fighting shape for a new UNDER SIEGE. I've read stories from filmmakers who've worked with him lately that the guy has become so lazy he makes them use a double for simple shots where he's supposed to be walking from point A to point B.

Seagal's ego will never let him get into shape for ANY movie. He's stuck in his past - and by the time he frees himself (if ever) - he will be a forgotten entity.
