THEM was great. For such a small child, the little girl gave an ASTONISHING performance.

I agree. It would be interesting to see how the director motivated that kind of a performance. Her name is Sandy Descher and she had been performing since the age of 3 (she was 8 when "Them" was filmed). She did a good deal of work after "Them" (mostly on TV).
