Why not do a Nick Fury movie without David Hasslehoff about SHIELD? Back when it stood for Supreme Headquarters for International Espionage Law-Enforcement Division...

There's really little more to say than this movie is doomed. Just the fact that they hired the man responsible for VAN HELSING and THE MUMMY movies should be proof enough.

| You know, that acronym is dumb for many reasons. Isn't an acronym supposed to be a single word (like SHIELD or LASER) instead of two initials and a word? |

Ya know...G.I is short hand for "Goverment Issue".
NO one will hear that spoken,and think "International" as the basis is a purely American term,and WW2,to boot.
Man,I'd love to hear R. Lee Ermy sound off on this tripe. He may be a Marine,but he'd still go gunny on that concept..
