I wonder if it will detail the number of times her husband reportedly changed several aspects of his story or how he reputedly used to drop that she was a CIA employee at dinner parties?
That being said, this sounds like a dreadfully uninteresting movie. |

Maybe they're just making it to fill out the "Screechy Political Box-Office Bombs" boxed set -- along with In the Valley of Elah, Redacted, Lions for Lambs...

My guess is no. It'll be all about how Plame and her husband are poor innocent victims of evil Republicans, with no reference to the idea that her husband put about pretty freely what she did for a living.

Pretty much. What is this movie's audience, besides people who outright hate Bush? That sort of person would go to a movie with nothing but insults about Bush (it wouldn't even have to be anything legitimate) projected on the screen.
You know Grand Funk, don't you? The wild, shirtless lyrics of Mark Farner? The bong-rattling bass of Mel Schacher? The ... adequate drumwork of Don Brewer? |

Yeah, "The Prez" has pulled enough bone-headed stunts so that we don't have to make things up, or exagerate!

By the time the movie gets into theaters Bush won't even be in office any more. Who's going to care? Most people are tired of Bush right now, by the time this movie is released they'll be trying to forget about him.

Leaving behind the debates as to who was or wasn't telling the truth, there's nothing to this story that sounds like it would make for anything the least bit compelling from a cinematic standpoint. The whole story is based around nothing but conversations, phone calls, and the printed word. And aside from the Scooter Libby conviction/pardon, nothing really ever came from this case aside from a lot of partisan screeching on both sides. This is going to make for an entertaining movie how?
I say they spice it up and have her involved in James Bondy style espionage and shootouts, while Robert Novak will be shown living in an island lair stroking a white cat and cackling like a madman.

Or Richard Armitage, smoking a cigar, watching what he caused on T.V. with a evil smile. Most of his scenes would be shot in a dimly lit office with the White House prominently displayed outside his window under a overcast sky.

It will be interesting to see how they tell her story. I took a gander at her autobiography the other day and half of the bloody sentences are blacked out for "security" reasons.
Maybe when the show her in a foreign country all the license plates will be blurred so you can't tell which country she is in!
