Hummm...Okey, I'll give ya that, as the Brits are our cousins, and the French are just too caught up in them selves.
What if, however, the Radical Muslem threat changes enough that the EU feels a need for nukes, and then pays the French to make some for 'em. Not impossable, if they need the money bad enough?
