Certainly all parts of the political spectrum can produce their loonies.
A more entertainment than political point though - does it not appear that there a lot of people who do not understand the concept of "fiction"? If a relatively enjoyable scifi series postulates reptilian invaders (and claims that they're passing off as human as a way to save on special effects), why do certain people believe that this is some sort of guerrilla documentary? Do they not have enough imagination themselves to conceive that someone could just make up interesting stories? |
