Well, there is a movie called "The Night The Lights Went Out In Georgia",

...though I'm not entirely sure the plot is actually based on the song. And they did a "Harper Valley PTA" movie with Barbara Eden which is definitely based on the song. There was a movie based on "Convoy"... hmmm, have to be some more...
